Keep your reference
A donation reference is created before payment so you can return to its status page if checkout is interrupted.
Debited but still pending
Open the status page and choose Re-check payment. Keep the same reference and avoid starting a second donation for the same payment.
Payment confirmation
The status page will show the latest confirmed result. A redirect back to this site alone does not confirm that a payment has completed.
